According to the Pikom website the schedule for the second PC Fair are
27-29 May
Johor Bahru
3-5 June
Melacca
30-2 June
Kuala Terengganu
1-3 June
Kota Kinabalu & Kuantan
15-17 June
Aloe Setar
28-30 June
Kota Bahru
29-31 June
Kuala Lumpur
According to this schedule, it was a disappointed because Penang isn't listed in the second version of the PC Fair. I think it is because in the first version, in Penang, there were two places in the island were having PC Fair but in different places.
