To my surprised, my hometown, Taiping was chosen to held this Lake Garden Youth Fiesta event organized by BN Youth.
The event took place in Lake Garden, Taiping, this one day event began at 9.00am until 12.00am on 23 July 2011. I knew this event two days ago when I passed by the Lake Garden and saw some tents were put up in the Lake Garden.
Luckily, today there was a drizzle in the afternoon and no sunlight until evening. So, there shall be more Taiping youngsters joining this event until midnight.
Throughout the day, there were bazaar selling foods, clothes and accessories, futsal, basketball, sepak takraw , street dance, concert and live match of Singapore vs Malaysia on a big screen.
