If you all still remember my Budget 2010 post back in October 2009, regarding government's offer to 100,000 public university students a netbook + broadband package beginning 1 January 2010..
Yesterday, I received a replied e-mail from TM regarding this matter and this was what I get :

Referring to e-mail dated 5th January 2010 to purchase computer + broadband packages costing RM 50, we thank you for your interest in our products and services offered by TM. For your information, if you're interested in registering these packages, you are advised to visit any nearest TMpoint. You can find TMpoint near your area on our web site :

You are advised to bring these documents when doing the registration :
1. Matric card
2. A photocopy of identity card
3. Application form together with confirmation from the Registration Unit University (Universities Registrar)
