p1 wimax blinking

This was my first time my p1 wimax blinking for so long - almost half an hour.. After few days of using the p1 wimax, my impression on p1 wimax is the line is just ok. Look at my snap shot I taken on the screen :

I always get weak signal strength

Very seldom to get good signal strength

Just now around 9.30 pm the p1 modem's light was blinking non stop.. Sometimes red, sometimes orange and sometimes green..

I am very frustrated at that time as I want to use internet.. I login to the modem setup page, showed Dev State (connected) and Mac State (Normal) but the light was blinking..

After half an hour, the light had became stable on orange.. I never get stable green light before..

If you were facebook games fan, you better think twice subscribing this p1 wimax as most of the time, I always get connection failed during playing the facebook game.. However, for normal surfing internet, the p1 wimax does the job well..

More reviews on p1 wimax..!! 3 days to go to end my 7 days trial..

No Free "Meal"

Just now, I checked my student's account statement at UUM Portal, found out that yesterday (25 January 2010) all UUM students were charged RM 60.00 for the bus services..

This was hampering me as few days ago, I heard from my block's representative said everyone needs not to pay any cents for the bus services this semester and he encouraged us to fully utilize the services..

The bus fee was charged under the "410 Kitaran Kampus" dated 25/01/2010..

RM 60.00 is a big amount to be paid and the bus company would gain "insane" profit for this semester as the fee was charged to every student as compared to last semester only certain students were paying the bus fee..

The RM 60.00 is still owing to the Bendahari (Treasurer) and we need to pay to them or else we won't be allowed to view our final exam results or were banned from accessing the add/drop courses..

p1 wimax

Today, I subscribed for p1 wimax - 7 days trial as I want to see whether my hostel able to get strong internet connection.. After 7 days, if I am not satisfy with the internet speed, I can give the modem back to the agent and get back my RM 100.00 registration fee.. if I am satisfy with the connection, I will continue subscribing and will have to pay RM 60 for activation fee + RM 49 advanced + current month fee..

I subscribed the p1 RM 49 monthly plan from my university agent and within an hour, my line was activated as I received a sms to confirm my activation..
